How Does it Work?
They're all yours. Candidates work directly for the end client, on their payroll, receiving their benefits, while Brunel receives a one-time fee for the placement. This process has a guaranteed time frame. The process takes anywhere between two weeks to six months, depending on the seniority of the position, notice periods and scarcity of the skill set.

What are the Recruitment Possibilities?
We have two different options, contingency and engaged. Contingency is a fixed percentage fee per placement is agreed before commencement, payable on successful candidate’s start date. Engaged is a percentage of the agreed fee is paid up-front with the remainder payable upon successful completion of the assignment. If the assignment is not completed, the payment is refunded in full. With fill rates at 85-95%, this option offers a measure of certainty and a full commitment to fill the vacancy.
